At COSORI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchen appliances; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and manuals to qualify for a reimbursement.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your COSORI account or visit our Support Center to submit a return request with your order number and proof of purchase.
Receive Authorization
Our customer support team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your appliance in its original box, attach the provided shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
